As the Warehouse Director , you will be responsible for leading the warehouse department in strategic and day-to-day activities, from managing and overseeing warehouse operations to creating and managing warehouse goals identified in the strategic plan. Responsible for productivity goals and standards, OSHA compliance and safety, while providing industry-leading quality service. Drive efficiency and cost reductions within the department through timely implementation of policies and procedures and effective management of the warehouse staff. Develop, communicate and implement local warehouse department policies and state, national and OSHA regulations. Staff responsibilities include managing the warehouse supervisors and indirectly warehouse colleagues. This position operates with discretion and authority.

Qualified candidates A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related degree with minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience within the warehouse distribution industry, or equivalent of 8 years supervisory experience in the warehouse distribution industry.
